Fiancee Visa Help

I am not an immigration attorney or someone working in that field. No.
I am just a person who went through the process of obtaining a fiancee visa.

I still remember how confusing it was at times and how many questions I had. And that was me speaking fluent English and having Internet access to forums and US government websites..

So, the purpose of this page is to help US - FSU (Former Soviet Union) couples, applying for fiancee (and wife) visas.

I hope you`ll find it useful. And if you do, there is a PayPal Thank You button to help you express your gratitude. :-))

I`m not going to write down the whole process of applying for Fiancee visa here, there are places which already did a great job, like visajourney.com, for example.

This page will be just covering the aspects of it.

1) Biographic Information Form G-325A, which 4 pages have to be filled out in English by both, US petitioner and his fiancee, is one of the 1st steps applying for fiancee/wife visa. Read more here.

2) I-94 Arrival/Departure Record. It has nothing to do with filing a petition. This form will be given to your fiancee by a flight attendant on her way to America.. Read more here.
